    1 st PIC why is this here/
    2nd pic plug in 2 prong whats it for?
    3rd pic I know its for sound proofing , but where can I get it? and is there something better?

    1 looks like mounts that were on my boat for walker down rigger pedestals
    2 dc plug of some sort?
    3 my soundproofing is junk too! Interested to see what you pick

      Agree with Mike.
      1) downrigger mount
      2) plug in for electric downrigger possibly
      3) Fisheries Supply in Seattle sells Sound Insulation. Vinyl Foam Barrier Composite 1” thick, 36”x 54” without adhesive for about $140.

        Look for "Armacell" or "Armaflex". It is used in commercial and industrial insulation applications. I have some pieces I could spare but am on the opposite side of the state from you.
