  • Looking for a 19' runabout.

I have been looking for a 19' OB runabout for awhile as I have now found a used 150 E-tec to put on. I have looked at one here on the island that doesn't fit my needs. Something with no OB or one that needs up dating, without breaking the bank.

      What year is the E-tec?

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

Nice! That should do nicely on a 19. Good luck with your hunt for one!

I know a guy selling a nice outboard model 21 hardtop non cuudy. He has or had a 200 etec on it. Your 150 would probably push it just fine.

Thanks Nova, 19 is as big as I want to go and no hardtops, I'm just too tall for the hardtop[ models.

That's probably why he's selling. I don't care for bending over and running for a active rod. I like my head just as it is. LOL

That was the transition year for FRP stringers in the 19.... Look for the black rubber plugs (or holes) in the sides of the stringer below the engine about 2 or 3 inches from the transom (assuming itís an I/O). Might be the case with an OB model too, I donít know. Iíll have to go take a look on JV Junior later today....
