Finally got a chance to take my patient wife out for a few days of fishin & shrimpin, we had some luck, a couple of decent halibut and 25 pounds of spot tails, best pull was a overnight soak and 4.5 gallons from 4 pots. Best part is she likes the boat and we had a great trip. She was ready to stay another week......!
    Free ice out there too.

What’s the limit there? Weird referring to the catch size in gallons and pounds rather than in numbers of shrimp.

Down here we get one or two days (a few more in Hood Canal) for a season and 80 shrimp limit per person.

Congrats on a solid WAR too!

Shrimpin season is from April 15 to September 15, no limit other that no more that 4 pots per boat, down from 5 pots last year.

Agree with Binford, referring to shrimp in gallons and pounds (instead of one or two) is weird, but soo cool!!
