Hello, Can anyone help me figure out what this number is all about? It is Fiberglassed onto the inside of my hull, Port side only. It is located directly under the Port V-Birth. Ocean Fury is a 1982
28 Long Cabin. Appreciate your help!

Looks like a US coast guard documentation number, they are supposed to be permanently attached to the boat and preceded by "No.". You should be able to look the number up online and it would correspond with your boat. Coast guard documentation can make travel to other countries easier, but you still have to register in your home state.

Bass and Nova, thank you! That does answer my question. Yes, when I purchased the boat a few years ago, it was US Coast Guard Documented. I completely forgot about that. I decided not to renew the Documentation. Again thanks!

Where did you find the historical data? I can find current data on my documented sailboat but not the historical you seem to have looked up...
