    • Spotted this 1975 21ft Cuddy in Edmonds today while splashing Kaulquappe after some winter work on her rudder/prop shaft and exhaust seals. Cooler was hiding the HIN and I didn’t have anyone aboard to fend off if I tried to get super close...

        • That is a very unique GlasPly, would love to know more about it.

          • Awesome find. Again, heard of it as a legend from Ken Hopen but never saw one except for on paper.

            • I see i made a mistake as it is actually registered as 36 feet. I spotted it on the last day on the way to the ramp. I happened to just catch the name and did a double take.... as i didn't initially recognize it as as ply.
Will have to take a closer look next time.

                    • I faintly recall (like everything today) seeing that boat listed for sale. It may have been a one-off build. Could be a good move up from a 28, .
The cruise liner QE2 moves only six inches for each gallon of diesel fuel that it burns.

1982 28' Long Cabin . SUP paddlers and kayakers transit the harbor with abandon, thinking they have the right of way over all boats.

ID:	66968This whole COVID 19 has provided opportunities to sift through some boxes from my childhood. Digging through one I found an old binder full of GlasPly ads most likely from the boat trader magazine’s I would get weekly while dreaming of having my own GlasPly some day. Growing up with GlasPly’s and having Ken Hopen as a relative, I guess I was a bit obsessed and still am today. While the ads are old, it’s fun to see the boats over the different years and I even found one ad for a 42ft diesel powered trawler! Sorry for terrible copy...

very interesting that there a few 36-42’ trawler type hulls and a couple of motor sailers also. Not much advertising or sale information available.
Reall like the profile of both the 36 and 42 hulls.
                          Save all that historic data.
