          • My 1970 Glasply 16' HIN 096085 (not sure why but the last digit of the HIN was stamped over during production, maybe they made a mistake with the number)

Based on the vents...looks like it was a I/O originally? Wonky aluminum plate on the outside? More pics of the splash well would be cool.

              • Saw this blue hull GP on a bike ride through Bothell this morning. No HIN this time. I didn’t feel like I should go and peel back the tarp. Click image for larger version

                • Leave a note in the mailbox inviting owner to join the Forum. I like the hull color although the blue wouldn't last long in SoCal.
The cruise liner QE2 moves only six inches for each gallon of diesel fuel that it burns.

1982 28' Long Cabin . SUP paddlers and kayakers transit the harbor with abandon, thinking they have the right of way over all boats.

That is what I would do although it is in violation of federal postal law. Mail boxes are only for postal mail.

Thats what I thought, anyone know the rest of the story? Did they leave the sterndrive in for a backup? No floatation in the bracket?

Maybe they had caught so many Salmon it was pushing the stern down.

Seems like the slightest waves would swamp the motors.

                            • I follow a couple people on Instagram that have or had GlasPly boats. Some offer amazing photos and so even after selling their GlasPly I have continued following them. One such person posted today that he saw his previous 19 washed up on the rocks this morning...appears the anchor chain broke on the buoy. Looks like the boat didn’t fair so well...transom was letting a little water out!
